A train-the-trainer workshop with Robert Maoz Kržišnik
Facilitating groups as a trainer can be an immensely fulfilling work. All the learnings, insights and aha-moments that you contribute to and witness, along with deeply touching moments of deep self-connection, liberation, trauma release and personal evolution. It is priceless and definitely keeps your heart warm when you go to sleep in the evening.
Yet it is not the easiest job in the world, as we all know. It requires an on-going inner exploration about our inner worlds with humbleness, honesty and determination, and continuous learning about the ways to connect to participants and to, in the best possible way, support them in their own development and growth.
In this training we will:
– explore our fears, doubts, dilemmas connected to our roles of trainers;
– search for our unique, authentic voice;
– explore the key skills and tools of a trainer/facilitator and work on them;
– look into the mysteries of designing workshops in a way that bring meaning to most participants;
– learn and practice key elements of handling difficult situations at training;
– and more…

About the trainer:
Robert Maoz Kržišnik, MSc. Psych., CNVC Certified Trainer and mediator
I have been working for over 32 years with individuals and groups as a trainer, team coach, complex meeting facilitator and a mediator in conflicts between individuals and between groups. I have been working in a rather wide spectrum of environments; from corporate to educational to NGOs to open trainings and spiritual retreats. The focus of my work has always been on creating a quality of connection and communication between individuals that enables a true collaboration and co-creation of the environment that works for all.
So far I have facilitated trainings in over 30 countries around the world, including most countries in Europe, as well as the USA, the Middle East and the Far East, Australia… Besides Nonviolent Communication, I draw from approaches such as the Art of Hosting, Bohmian Dialogue, Contact Improvisation… I used to work as a psychotherapist as well, having held my private practice for 12 years.
