One week of online workshops about empathic listening and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) offered for free by trainers from all over the world!
Learn empathic communication with us, look at empathy from different perspectives and become part of the NVC community which inspires and supports each other!
Our invitation
We see each other every year in March. The upcoming edition will take place on 3-10 March 2024!
Our goal is to support people in developing their empathic listening skills and to make Nonviolent Communication (NVC) workshops available as widely as possible.
To do it on a bigger scale we need support from many, many trainers willing to join this project and offer online events for free. We also invite you to share it with your friends and family.
Let’s create a massive movement in our NVC community, so we can reach the whole world.

How?
We will see each other on 3-10 March 2024!
As a trainer, you can contribute by running an online workshop, lecture, webinar, empathy session or one-on-one training on the topic of empathy and NVC. Submit your offer before 12 February 2024.
As a participant – if you are interested in developing your communication skills and curious about NVC, join our week and take part in as many events as possible. Don’t forget to invite your family and friends and help us reach people who might be interested in this topic.

DETAILED INFO FOR TRAINERS
Are you a trainer sharing empathic communication?
We invite trainers (who participated in at least 10 days of NVC training with CNVC Certified Trainers) from all over the world to join our event and offer your time and knowledge to the NVC community.
It can be any kind of online event that meets the following criteria:
– The topic is connected to Nonviolent Communication (NVC) – preferably about empathy, but not necessary.
– The event will take place between the 4th and 10th of March 2024.
– The event is in English.
– You offer it for free.
– The deadline for submitting your offer is 12 February.
How to join as a trainer?
Submit your proposal using the form here: https://www.empathiceurope.com/add-event/. We will check it and contact you to set a date and time for your workshop. Besides, we are offering our technical support, if needed.
We would also love to make a short introduction to your online event at the very beginning.

Empathic Way Europe
The main aim of Empathic Way Europe is to support people in learning new, more effective ways of communication, to share Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and to connect people interested in it living in different countries because we believe that together we can do more.
