Empathy and shame – can the two meet?
When we feel shame we are on the opposite end of empathy. Our body is caught up in a reaction that often cuts us off from connection and makes us less creative and open to new options.
But does it have to be this way? Or could us befriending shame become a back door to deeper vulnerability and therefore empathy?
Come and join a conversation between Joachim Berggren and Liv Larsson on this theme – be ready to ask questions as this is more of a dialogue than a training.
