Empathy in Conflict

Empathy in Conflict

Would you like to have a breakthrough in how you move through conflict? How and when you use empathy changes the outcome of your conflicts in a big way. Learn a simple, safe, and powerful NVC-based conflict process that starts with taking care of yourself before doing anything else. People you use this tool with will be amazed and grateful, because no one in conflict has treated them like this before!
It will be helpful if participants already know a little about NVC’s 4 steps.
