Guided self empathy is an introspective and meditative process in which we give ourselves time to process a trigger and the accompanying feelings. We will move slowly from the trigger to the feeling and ultimately to the underlying need. We will sit with it, allow it to exist, grief/celebrate and shift towards healing.

About the trainer:
Aleksandra Ivy Geric
I have been working with meditation, yoga, and mindfulness since 2017. Since 2020 started my company Moonwise to work with soft skills including empathy and communication in the workplace, mostly in IT teams. As of 2020 have been studying, practicing and working with NVC, and more specifically have been facilitating Heartful Communication workshops within the Heartfulness Institute (a blend of heartfulness practices and NVC with 70-150 people per batch) both online and in person.
I have also been hosting small retreats (8 -14 people) focusing mostly on meditation, self empathy and other introspective exercises and experiences, as well as providing emotional support and integration.
