Discover how Nonviolent Communication reveals the natural flow of universal laws—learning to dance with life’s forces rather than struggling against them. Through my practice, I’ve found that exploring the spiritual dimensions of NVC transforms connection into an effortless, playful experiment. This approach offers profound insights into navigating life’s full spectrum of experiences, from challenges and pain to moments of pure joy.
In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore the power of needs-based connection through our ability to access future memory – one of our innate magic superpowers. While remaining grounded in the present moment, we’ll use this perspective to deepen our understanding and connection. My intention is to create a sacred space where integration can occur naturally, opening doorways to new possibilities in your NVC practice.

About the trainer:
Peace and Conflict Researcher, Soulpreneur, Singer-Songwriter
I got to know NVC in 2008 and since then I have been on the path of practicing, sharing, creating and co-creating. After building an online community (it is more a Gang actually) for 6 years, working in the field of conflict facilitation and as a coach, I was working for the Civil Peace Service in Nepal.
NVC for me is peacework, knowledge and wisdom combined, a language of all senses, consciousness-training. It is a tool for me to stay on my path, be open to the challenges of life and be present in every encounter I experience. I am the mother of two boys. Being part of the Empathic Way Europe fulfils many needs like co-creation, contribution, adventure, community, and peace.
