Ivana Horakova and Rhonda Mills – Sensing the We Space
Creating Empathic Connection and Spaciousness within us, relationally, and in we’spaces.
Deepen Self-Connection and Empathic Inner Listening by presencing in and through our bodies, connecting with the subtle inner movements which include a somatic, emotional and mental components. Being with ourselves this way allows us to unfold deeper layers of our experience, opening more space within ourselves, relationally, and in our world.
Being together in a group practice, from the ground of our own bodies we explore sensing others and the space between us: the “we space”. Together we have a stronger resource than we do alone, and our experiences inform each other and can widen each of our perspectives and worldviews as we include what is present. The workshop is informed by the work of Thomas Hübl.
