How do we handle different interests and potential conflicts at workplaces?

There are many crossovers between NVC and recent trends in design thinking and product management practices. In this workshop, we will explore these connections and go through a few techniques on how to discover needs among colleagues.

Most of the workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility to take part in it is to join the session. The sessions that will be recorded, we will make available to others if the quality is satisfying. We may also use parts of the recording for marketing and publicity across various media. If you do not wish to be recorded, switch off your camera and microphone for the whole duration of the session.

Kevin SL Wong

Kevin SL Wong is a product coach working full-time in METRO.digital in Germany, helping product managers and teams in embracing product thinking. Prior to this, he worked as a data analyst/scientist for 7 years, before he became a data product manager in various German companies such as Zalando and OLX for another 7 years. He is passionate about authentic leadership via improved interpersonal & intrapersonal communication skills, and outside work he is the organiser of a Berlin community that practices Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and has offered paid trainings in partnership with HoustonNVC, an American non-profit.
