Making sense of the situation in Ukraine

What is happening in Ukraine affects us all. Those who are at the center of it are of course acutely affected and have had their entire life situation changed. Those who have family and friends in the region are affected. All of us, whether we are aware of it or not, are in some way affected by this as well.

In this workshop, I want to give the participants the opportunity to make contact with the humanness, in ourselves and in others. You will have the opportunity to express yourself honestly, to listen with empathy or to be a coach or holding space for others.

The workshop begins with a small introduction to some concepts about Nonviolent Communication and a few perspectives of the situation and then we divide into groups of 3-4 people to role play.
