We build relationships whenever we are in contact with other people – at work, at home or even in the shop. Some of them are very important to us and some less.

There are many factors that can weaken the relationship between individuals. One of the main things is the way we communicate. Many people have difficulty sharing what is alive in them openly and without criticism. Many are not able to listen with empathy. Many react impulsively and regret their words afterwards.

In response to these and other relationship issues, we created the online course “One Month for Strong Relations” which consists of 31 days of inspiration with one topic a day.

For 31 days you will receive inspirations connected to one specific topic a day. Our calendar is rich in forms so you can enjoy diversity and adjust it to your favourite ways of learning. You might expect:

– 31 PDFs with theory and exercises,

– mini-challenges,

– audio with guided practice,

– quizzes

– and more. 

You will not know what you receive, till you open it :).

This course is designed for all of you who would like to:

• – improve your relations at home, at work, in the community,

• – learn at your own pace how to take care of yourself through self-empathy,

• – be honest and authentic, and at the same time take care of others,

• – look at difficult emotions such as anger, shame, guilt and how to deal with them,

• – learn about Nonviolent Communication or ground your knowledge about it.

Logistics

When: 

We open the door to this online course only once a year. The registration is open and will last until 10 December 2023. 

You can wait till 1 December and do one module every day or you can start already now :).

Tickets are already available!

How: 

Every day during this course you will get access to a new topic. The whole content is available on our online platform for at least one year from purchasing it. On 1 December 2023, you will start receiving emails inviting you to go through the content of the day, so we all can go at the same pace. Emails are sent around 8:00 a.m. CET. You can unsubscribe from emails at any moment.
