The Roleplay Lab – Mastering the Hard Conversations – Ricardo Guillén

Together we’ll master the art of roleplaying challenging conversations using NVC. In our 90 minutes together, we will:

1. Start with theory: understanding key skills, techniques, and best practices that make roleplaying both effective and safe

2. Practice: engage in roleplays applying what we’ve learned

3. Integration: harvest learnings from our practice together

This workshop is for you if you want to enhance your roleplay skills as an NVC practitioner or incorporate more effective roleplay techniques in your training.

Recording:

Most workshops during “Time for Empathy” are not recorded, so the only possibility of participating is to join the session. The sessions that will be recorded, we will make available to others if the quality is satisfying. We may also use parts of the recording for marketing and publicity across various media. If you do not wish to be recorded, switch off your camera and microphone for the whole duration of the session.

About the trainer:

Ricardo Guillén

I’m Ricardo Guillén, a Berlin-based NVC trainer with over 10 years of experience and a member of the trainer team of the Friare Liv International Mediation Program. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of mediating in various contexts – from company teams and families to groups and criminal cases. I combine NVC with insights from adult development theory.
