Join us for an engaging session, where we will delve into a fundamental concept of Nonviolent Communication: intention. The core aim of NVC is to cultivate a quality of connection that enables us to understand, recognize, and value each other’s needs. This connection empowers us to collaboratively explore ways to meet these needs, even in moments of anger or reluctance to connect. NVC also aspires to foster broader social change.
In this session, we will engage in exercises to enhance our awareness of personal intentions, focus on intentions that promote connection, and examine how our current intentions align with our thoughts, words, and actions. We will also explore how to live in harmony with our understanding of social change.
