Time for honesty
Stand up for what is precious to you!
Time for Honesty project took place on 25-31 March 2019.
It consisted of online and offline events promoting Nonviolent Communication and honest self-expression offered by trainers from all over the world! You could learn empathic communication, make friends with honesty, get in a real contact with your needs and become part of NVC community which inspires and supports each other!
Our invitation
Our motto? Let’s spread honesty together by offering free events connected to Nonviolent Communication (NVC). It can be a lecture organized in a local library, an NVC introductory workshop, online one-on-one session, webinar or offering empathic listening in a cafe. Every idea to spread honesty and Nonviolent Communication is welcome!
The project happened from 25 to 31 March 2019.
What happened?
We invited trainers to offer a workshop, lecture or other kind of event that met following criteria:
- The topic was connected to Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
- It took place between 25.03.2019 and 31.03.2019.
- There was no cost for participants other that sharing cost of the working room, if needed.
- The event was preferably in English, but we invited trainers to organize something in their language as well!
Our support
We collected all offers and published them on this website. Besides, we were offering our technical support, if needed (ZOOM, Facebook Group, etc.). This way we could create an international network and support each other in reaching more people.
Recordings
We recorded most of the online events – you can watch them for free on our ONLINE PLATFORM. All you need to do is to register on the platform HERE.
About the organizers

Cori Liebhart
Peace and Conflict Researcher, Soulpreneur, Singer-Songwriter
I got to know NVC in 2008 and since then I am on the path of practicing, sharing, creating and co-creating. After building an online community (it is more a Gang actually) for 6 years, working in the field of conflict facilitation and as a coach, I am currently working for the Civil Peace Service in Nepal.
NVC for me is peacework, knowledge and wisdom combined, a language of all senses, consciousness-training. It is a tool for me to stay on my path, be open for the challenges of life and be present in every encounter I experience. I am mother of two boys. Being part of the Empathic Way Europe fulfills many needs like co-creation, contribution, adventure, community, peace.

Magdalena Malinowska
Trainer of empathic communication, life-coach
I am CNVC Certified Trainer supporting people in creating satisfying life and relationships (personal and professional) through individual trainings and group workshops deepening communication skills. I help in implementing Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in relationships, companies and non-governmental organisations. My work is based not only on Nonviolent Communication (NVC) created by Marshall B. Rosenberg, but also on non-formal learning methods and on Coaching for Transformation approach. I founded Empathic Way (www.empathicway.pl), through which I promote NVC and teach honest and clear self-expression and listening to others with respect and empathy. Empathic Way Europe is a project that I started because I love working in English and want to reach people living in the whole Europe. Besides, I am the author of the online course “Four steps to a better relationship with others and myself” (at the moment only in Polish).

Paulina Orbitowska-Fernandez
Trainer of Empathic Communication, Coach, eduScrum Trainer, an academic teacher
I am CNVC Certified Trainer supporting families, schools, business and organizations, through workshops, lectures or individually. The way we communicate has an impact on our personal and professional relations. I support people in leveraging the quality of them so they can enjoy more honesty and empathy. I also facilitate systemic transformation through Nonviolent Communication, neurobiology, and 3d-mapping inspired by and following the teachings of Sarah Peyton being in a constant awe how much healing her work brings. The first time when I heard the words of Marshall Rosenberg „Connect before correct” I imagined how would the world look like if we could remember them more often. What I do is rooted in that dream. I have finished postgraduate studies in Leadership in Education, Nonviolent Communication according to Marshall Rosenberg and Train the Trainer of Nonviolent Communication studies, at Collegium Civitas in Warsaw, Poland. I have also finished Business and Life Coaching at the School of Empathic Trainers in Warsaw. I am a mother of a teenage boy who is my source of love and wisdom.
