Honesty – Zoom Talk with Gabriel Stille

Welcome to Week 19 of the Needs’ Year!

This week Joachim Berggren will have a conversation with Gabriel Stille about the need of Honesty.

Gabriel writes: “Honesty is just key to any wholesome self-developmental journey! Like many others, I was first drawn to NVC as what I saw as a practice fostering connection through the giving and receiving of empathy. But, again like many others, once engaged in it I found myself working equally with my honest self-expression. To be able to express what you want, loudly and clearly, is just as important for healthy relationships as being able to listen with empathy. And in order to commit to an earnest exploration of life, you will have to be honest with yourself about what you find to be true and important, and let it show in the way you live.”

Gabriel Stille offers workshops and courses based on five years of learning Nonviolent Communication (NVC). He also works as a teacher at different levels, and as a journalist, and holds a master’s degree in the History of Ideas.
