I’m Åsa, a mother of two teenage boys living in the north of Sweden. It is a big challenge for me to express my feelings and needs towards my children and other important people. That makes me feel sad. I’m happy I have found NVC,  started listening and read last summer. Trying to practice it. I understand and love NVC. I want to learn to speak this language. It is essential to me.

And I want to ask for Empathic Listening. I truly need that.

I like singing, dancing, cycling, ski, listen, swimming, converse about life deep and high, nature, writing, hugs, helping people through reconnective healing, working with my art project, listening when my boys play instruments and sing, spend time with my boys, sit and just be, because these things makes me feel alive.

I’m glad this community exist : )
