Sometimes we feel stuck or overwhelmed and don’t know which direction to choose.

Sometimes we know the direction but lack the awareness of resources we have to move there. Sometimes we need empathy, someone who would hold the space for us to bring us more clarity of what we feel and why.

Sometimes we are aware of what blocks our effective communication but don’t know how to change our habits.

Sometimes we are not aware of that but we long for some honest expression and understanding.

During our individual sessions, we can work with coaching tools on your specific goal, personal or professional, or we can go through different processes to learn more skills of empathic communication, or we can combine both.

I work in Polish, English and Spanish and can adjust to different time zones 🙂

Cost: 110 EUR / 1 hour

  • After booking a session, please, contact me (paulina@orbitowska.pl) to decide on a date and time of our meeting.
  • If you don’t show up at an agreed time, your payment will not be reimbursed. However, if you inform me at least 24 h before, we can re-schedule our meeting.
